29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Walkway around the Bag House, on or about January 16, 2025 - The employer did not ensure the walkway around the Bag House area was free from ice which created a slipping hazard for employees. b) Near the Popping Station in the 50 Ton Bay Area, on or about January 16, 2025 - The employer did not ensure the walking-working surface was free of sharp or protruding objects in that rebar was sticking out of the concrete floor.
