29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about January 8, 2025 at the above-mentioned address, the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet ground to eave while performing residential roofing work. b) On or about January 8, 2025 at the above-mentioned address, the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet ground to eave while performing residential roofing work. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
