29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about January 6, 2025, and times prior thereto, the employer did not have fire extinguishers readily available for emergencies: a. At the south end, near the back door, at least one (1) fire extinguisher was blocked with two (2) large toolboxes. b. At the Northeast side of the building, at least one (1) fire extinguisher was blocked with a Miller welding machine. c. At the Northeast side of the building, at least one (1) fire extinguisher was blocked by materials and a large toolbox. d. In the Welding area, at least three (3) fire extinguishers were on the ground and not mounted to the wall.
