A) 4 Corporate Place, Piscataway NJ 08854 The fiber bundles were not limited in height to prevent sliding or collapse. Occurred on or about December 23, 2024. Main Street American Home Manufacturing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(b) , which was contained in OSHA number 1526397, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2021, with respect to the workplace located at 4 Corporate Place, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
