29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a. On or about 12/10/2024, at 5204 Hannas Rest, Frederiksted, St. Croix - at the rear exit to the warehouse area: A flight of stairs leading to the exit discharge was obstructed by items such as a 5-gallon water bottle, a propane cylinder, one cable reel, and several plastic crates, creating a trip and fall hazard.
