29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about December 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure elevated platforms used by employees were at least 18 inches wide when used to construct rafters. Carlos Contreras Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1657023, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1305 Londontowne Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX 78411.
