29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii):Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not used to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about December 8, 2024, an employee used the band saw meat cutter to cut meat without utilizing the pusher tool. Progreso LMMM San Antonio #10, LLC dba La Michoacana Meat Market was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525692, citation number 2-1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6059 La Cima, San Antonio, TX.
