29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 04, 2024, on the northeast side of the residential construction, employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection while performing framing activities. Miguel Contreras was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1744662, citation number 1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 13905 Lorenz Ave El Paso, TX, 79928.
