29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): Employers did not ensure that rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load: a) For the John Singletary Peace River Bridge Project in Ft. Meade, FL, on or about 11/25/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, wire rope cables used to suspend a personnel man basket were either missing identification markings or the identification markings were illegible.
