29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) Foam Room, Storflex Holdings, Inc., 392 West Pulteney St., Corning, NY 14830, on or about 12/3/2024; Employees were exposed to chemicals that were hazardous to the eyes, including, but not limited to, AAUTOFROTH 100-B-1704 RESIN and AUTOFROTH 15000A ISOCYANATE, and were not provided with an adequate eyewash within the immediate work area.
