29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) On or about December 2, 2024, at 710 Coquina Way, Boca Raton, FL 33432, employees performing interior and exterior painting were exposed to chemical hazards, in that, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written Hazard Communication Program to address the requirements for safety data sheets (SDSs), labeling, and training in relation to the program and the hazardous properties of the chemicals such as but not limited to Sherwin Williams paint and Regal Tech caulk.
