29 CFR 1910.165(d)(1):Employee alarm systems were not maintained in operating condition. a) On or about November 20, 2024 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the emergency fire pull station system which activates the alarm system, and the alarm system were maintained in operating condition in building 20. Rocky Mountain Metal Container was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.165(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642145, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on June 06, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 17755 W 32nd Ave, Golden, CO 80403 .
