29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: Marshwood Center - On or about November 18, 2024, the employer did not ensure that all controlled employees required to use N95 particulate respirators were annually fit tested to protect employees from airborne respiratory illness during outbreak periods. Genesis Healthcare was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709365, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 9, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Livermore Falls Road Farmington, ME 04938.
