The employer did not ensure that each worker on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Renpro LLC., 20 Frederick Street, Constantia, NY - At the West End of the Roof. On or about November 15, 2024, workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 19 feet while performing roofing operations. b) Renpro LLC., 20 Frederick Street, Constantia, NY - At the East End of the Roof.
