29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about November 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, multiple appliances/machines such as the Magic Chef Microwave, Two (2) Tennant T290 walk-behind scrubber, two (2) Rubbermaid Commercial batteries, Polaris Carpet Extractor and a 464 Gansow Floor Sweeper was plugged into a relocatable power tap and/or "daisy" chained in which were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical and/or fire hazard(s). In the following location(s): a) Environmental Service: Magic Chef Microwave, (1) Tennant T290 walk-behind scrubber, Two (2) Rubbermaid Commercial batteries. b) Chiller Room: (1) Tennant T290 walk-behind scrubber, Carpet Extractor, 464 Gansow Floor Sweeper. Agua Caliente Casino was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670095, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 05, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 32250 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.
