29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Comfort Systems USA; on or about October 17, 2024, at the address of 2387 Harding HWY Marion, OH; The employer did not ensure that employees working from elevated scaffold platforms received the necessary training to identify hazards. The Employee working from a elevated scaffold platform without the benefit of this training to recognize avoid and correct hazardous conditions was exposed to struck-by and fall hazards.
