Lot 230 Highland Way - On or about October 21, 2024, employees of Dream Home Construction LLC working under direct supervision of Fine Line Trim were using a Louisville 24-foot portable extension ladder that had not been adjusted to three feet above the landing. Fine Line Trim, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530762, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 51-56 Anthem Street, Ranson, WV 25438. Fine Line Trim, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1516960, citation number 1, item number 3A and was affirmed as a final order on 03/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Plantation Lakes Development Lot 1140, Millsboro, DE 19966 Corrected During Inspection
