29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. On or about October 15, 2024, in the Northwest section of the warehouse; the aisles were not kept in a manner that was free of obstruction. Polygroup North America was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1444531, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 9033 Billy the Kid, El Paso, Texas 79907.
