29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B):Additional retraining was not provided whenever a periodic inspection under 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6) revealed that there were deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: (a) Building #4 - On or about October 10, 2024, the employer had an employee working in the energized 440v panel CP-10 without isolating the energy source and failed to retrain employee on the procedures on the use of the company energy control procedures exposing employee to electrical hazards.
