29 CFR 1910.23(b)(9): The employer did not ensure that ladders are inspected before initial use in each work shift, and more frequently as necessary, to identify any visible defects that could cause employee injury:. a) At a commercial business, located at 3512 North Florida Ave., Tampa, Florida 33603: On or about 10/2/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that ladder inspections were not performed before each use.
