29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record: 105 Shannon Dr., Whitinsville, MA: On or about October 2, 2024, the employer had not prepared a training certification for employee fall protection.
