29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a)100 Milik St Carteret NJ 07008. On or about September 20, 2024, the employer did not report to OSHA within 24 hours regarding the inpatient hospitalization for one employee that was seriously injured from a fall incident that occurred on September 20, 2024. The injured employee was hospitalized for 8 days. The incident went unreported until September 27, 2024 when a report was submitted via telephone.
