29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: a) Shooting Range: On or about September 13, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees that were provided and required to use tight fitting air filtering respirators such as 3M Half Face, while performing ventilation system filter change, were annually fit tested. Shooters World, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1547235, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on1/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 116 E. Fletcher Ave. Tampa, Florida 33612.
