29 CFR 1910.1000(b)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to a substance listed in Table Z-2 that exceeded the acceptable ceiling concentration and the maximum peak. On or about October 10, 2024, and at times prior thereto and continuing thereafter, employees dumping offal containers were exposed to hydrogen sulfide levels that were in excess of the ceiling limit of 20ppm and the peak limit of 50ppm.
