29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(I)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) Line 2 Oven Exit/Dump Conveyor - On or about August 16, 2024, employees were required to conduct sanitation cleaning of the Dump Conveyor belt, without receiving lockout/tagout training as an authorized employee. Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with unexpected kinetic energy. Great Kitchens Foods Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1682400, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 180 Spark St., Brockton, MA 02302.
