29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report an employee's hospitalization, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty four hours: On August 4, 2024, an employee fell from a roof and suffered traumatic injuries requiring hospitalization and the hospitalization was not reported to OSHA until August 14, 2024 after the employee passed away in the hospital.
