When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. a) On or about August 14, 2024, the employer did not adequately maintain the flooring in the Rotary Room in a clean and dry condition in that the platform, stairs, rails, and floor had pulp material that presented slip, trip, and fall hazards for employees during production.
