29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about July 30, 2024, at the worksite, 657 Old Liverpool Road, Liverpool, NY 13088: Employees replacing a 12:12 pitch roof were not protected from fall hazards by use of personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems, or safety net systems. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet.
