29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident a. On or about July 26, 2024, at 750 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando FL 32805 (east side), the employer failed to report to OSHA within 8-hours a work-related fatality of an employee. The employer notified OSHA on July 30, 2024, of the fatality.
