29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization of an employee resulting from a work-related incident within 24 hours: On or about July 11, 2024, at approximately 2:30PM an employee was experiencing heat related illness while working for Georgian Gardens Healthcare LLC. The employer failed to report the fatality to OSHA within twenty four (24) hours of being notified of an in-patient hospitalization of the employee. OSHA was not notified until July 15, 2024, at 11:00AM outside of the 24-hour reporting requirement.
