29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 23rd, 2024 Location: 343 N Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591. a) Employee working on a 12:12 (rise:run) peak roof at a height of 20 feet to the ground was not wearing personal fall protection system. Tigers Handyman Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard ( 1926.501(b)(13) ), which was contained in: -OSHA inspection number 1567526, citation number 1 , item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 02/25/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 241 Gailmore Dr, Yonkers, NY 10710. -OSHA inspection number 1678593, citation number 1 , item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/28/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 600 Kimball Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704 -OSHA inspection number 1701025, citation number 2 , item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 67 Sleepy Hollow Rd, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591.
