29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. RRC Home Improvement does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels. The violation was most recently observed on or about 7/3/2024, at or near 313 Route 46 Lodi New Jersey on the Roof. Employee #1 was installing shingles and was not protected from fall hazards of +/- 20 feet. The employee wore an inadequate personal fall arrest system by not utilizing a lanyard, anchor point, or lifeline .
