29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Warehouse Freezer: On or about 7/3/24 an exit door was blocked with pallets of frozen deserts at the rear of the freezer in the northwest corner, preventing employee egress. b) Warehouse Freezer: On or about 7/3/24 an exit door was blocked with pallets of frozen deserts at the rear of the freezer in the northeast corner, preventing employee egress. c) Warehouse Freezer: On or about 7/3/24 an exit door was blocked with pallets of frozen deserts along the east side wall of the freezer, preventing employee egress. d)Warehouse Freezer: On or about 7/3/24 an exit door was blocked with pallets of frozen deserts along the front wall of the freezer, preventing employee egress. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
