29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 2020 Old Trenton Road, Building 33, West Windsor NJ: On or about 07/02/24 a worker and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means while walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof. As such, they were exposed to falls in excess of 22 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below. New Future Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713549, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 2, Meridian Walk at Princeton in West Windsor NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
