Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. At 100 Marion St, St Louis, MO, 63104, on June 26 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from an electrical panel whose circuit breakers were not labeled to indicate what circuit it protected against overcurrent.
