29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Worksite, Production Department, Flexo#8, Deck #3: On or about June 17, 2024, required to perform maintenance work on the backup cylinder #3 of the Flexo #8 printing press and the employer did not developed, documented and utilized procedures to control potentially hazardous energy. Amscan Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1708707, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2024, with respect to the same workplace.
