29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. a.) On or about June 5, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that, a portable fire extinguisher was on the ground behind the fertilizer mixer, not mounted, located and identified so it was readily accessible.
