29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: At the job site located at 913 N Odell Ave, Marshall Missouri 65340 the employer reported a Fatality as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA more than eight (8) hours after the incident occurred. An employee fatality occurred on or about June 3, 2024. The fatality was not reported to OSHA until June 4, 2024.
