29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. (a) Statewide Contracting LLC, failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected: Citation 1, Item 1, a repeat serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) with an abatement date of November 6, 2024. Citation 1, Item 2, a repeat serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) with an abatement date of November 6, 2024. Citation 1, Item 3, Group a, a repeat serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of November 6, 2024. Citation 1, Item 3, Group b, a repeat serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of November 21, 2024. Citation 1, Item 4, a repeat serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) with an abatement date of November 6, 2024. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
