Location: Rooftop of 114 Grand St, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520 a) On or about May 24, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 25 feet while conducting roof work on a low slope commercial roof without being protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Perry Verrone, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518211, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 32 Nob Hill Dr, Elmsford, NY 10523. Perry Verrone, LLC was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484499, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 04, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 69 Sherman Ave, Yonkers NY 10704. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
