29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) 4449 Academy Street; Acworth GA: On or about May 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and skin irritation hazards, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented, when employees were required to handle gasoline and diesel fuel used in tree trimming equipment such as but not limited to chainsaws and chippers.
