29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite: 87 Preston St. Providence, RI 02906: On 5/17/2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with, and utilized, fall protection when performing roofing work, while exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet. The employer fails to ensure effective protections against falls in accordance with the standard, as demonstrated on 5/17/2024, when employees were performing residential roofing work without utilizing fall protection.
