29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Front Entrance Exit Door/48-50 Washington Street Exit: The designated front exit door had an exterior metal roll-up security door installed that was closed and locked with a key-operated padlock on the door while employees were inside the building performing baking operations. This condition would prevent employee's from exiting the building in the event of an emergency, on or about May 30, 2024
