29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) On May 8, 2024, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection during carpentry work. M Builder Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736019, citation 1, item 1 a, and was affirmed final order on May 07, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 903 S. Busse Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
