29 CFR 1910.151(b): The employer did not ensure that adequate first aid supplies were readily available. On and/or before May 6, 2024, employee(s) did not have immediate access to first aid supplies on the work floor without a manager's key to the locked first aid kit(s) to treat injuries occurred during work operations. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to the inability of timely access to first aid supplies which in turn could exacerbate injuries. In the following locations: (a) On the main entrance wall/Green wall. (b) On a work bench near OPN 918. (c) In the battery storage/servicing room.
