29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On April 30, 2024, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevations between approximately 11.4 feet and 17.5 feet above the ground.
