29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) On or about April 17, 2024, at a jobsite located at 1525-1527 Lookout Court, in Hartland, Wisconsin, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the job site to ensure that hazardous conditions were identified and corrected, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards from an improperly loaded forklift. (b) On or about April 23, 2024, at a jobsite located at 1525-1527 Lookout Court, in Hartland, Wisconsin, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the job site to ensure that hazardous conditions were identified and corrected, exposing employees to a fall hazard while installing trusses without fall protection. Neto's Carpentry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1700795, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1552 Lookout Court, Hartland, WI 53029.
