29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. A) Wanaque & Babcock Place, Pompton Lakes NJ 07442: CSHO observed an employee engaged in carpentry activities and positioned above an open framed edge exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 ft to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition observed on or about 04/16/2024.
