29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) On or about April 16, 2024, located at 1407 Mulberry Street, Hartford, WI 53027, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspection of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine and a half (9.5) feet while performing tear off operations on a one-story residential home.
