29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred: a) H One Midwest Chicago - On April 12, 2024, the employer did not enter a recordable injury, that occurred on March 13, 2024 and required medical treatment beyond first aid, on the OSHA Form 300, the Log of Recordable Injuries and Illnesses, within seven days. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
